Free parking, air conditioning, bus stop to Venice directly in front of the hotel, clean room. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the double-glazed windows that blocked out noise from the nearby train lines.

Great and helpful staff who provided a warm welcome and assisted us with transportation to the city center. Good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location near public transportation for easy access to the main attractions.
Some rooms had small bathrooms, but it wasn't a major issue. Lack of English TV channels for entertainment.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mestre. The room was clean and recently renovated, with good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and quiet, with easy access to Venice via the bus stop right outside the hotel.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
